Friday, May 2

When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain because your people have sinned against you, and when they pray toward this place and confess your name and turn from their sin because you have afflicted them, then hear from heaven and forgive the sin of your servants. I Kings 8:35-36

Praise: That God provides believers with spiritual leaders who are to watch over our spiritual lives as God’s hands on this earth.

Prayer: Abby, Pastor Eric and Libby. Pastor Eric is recovering from bronchitis.

Praise: God has provided us with a fully paid for place to worship.

Prayer: Sue/Ken Akins and Lindsay: Ken serves as the chairman of our Deacons while Sue serves in a variety of areas. Ken is leading our Leadership Team through the process of updating our Constitution. Lindsay is finishing up her semester at HU.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. II Chronicles 7:14

Praise: God has provided us with extra giving to significantly update our facilities.

Prayer: Christy/David and Sam/Zac/Noah Ray: David serves as a deacon and Christy oversees our nursery.

Monday, May 5

Praise: Pastor Eric and the Praise Team and their leadership in our weekly worship.

Prayer: Amy/Tom and Alison/Gretchen/Natalie Spahr: Tom serves as a deacon and Amy serves in a variety of areas.

Tuesday, May 6

Therefore let everyone who is godly pray to you while you may be found; surely when the mighty waters rise, they will not reach him. Psalm 32:6

Praise: We live in a country of tremendous freedom.

Prayer: Today’s Indiana Presidential primary.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Psalm 122:6

Praise:Thank the Lord for the outcome of yesterday’s election.

Prayer:Tonight’s first Boiler Room that it would challenge hearts.

Praise:Another family has just begun the membership process and is taking CLASS 101.

Prayer:Friday night’s Veggie Tale outreach and Blake Brown as he shares the Gospel through his testimony.

Praise:Spiritual growth as it is occurring across all ages.

Prayer:The Pastors as they update some things with our small group ministry.

Praise:The spiritual blessings we have in Christ. (Ephesians 1:3)

Prayer:Nancy, Pastor Steve and the kids as they are away for a long weekend vacation before the kids leave for the summer.

Housing and transportation once we return to the US
Patience to wait and wisdom to know God’s leading

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. Romans 8:26
